Product Information

This flexographic printing press uses fluid inks that are highly fluid. The ink is transferred to the graphic part of the printing plate and inked by the ink fountain roller and anilox roller. Then the printing pressure is applied by the pressure roller to transfer the ink on the printing plate to the substrate, and finally the printing process is completed by the dry side. Its unit is easy to install and assemble, easy to process after printing, and suitable for short-run printing. The machine can change the running route of the material belt through the guide roller, and can realize double-sided printing at one time.

The flexographic printing press consists of a line-connected flexographic printing machine and 4-8 mutually independent printing units, arranged horizontally and driven by a common power shaft. Unit flexo presses only support one printing unit per pair of plates, so unit flexo presses can be designed to accommodate different drum heads.
